Clients, employees, and owners can sign in with their saved email. Clients and employees can also use their username. On first login, use First Time Login / Forgot Password and we will prepare the portal account from the imported record.

First time login

After you start a free trial, do not try to log in right away. First open the email we sent you, choose your password from the link in that email, and only then come back here to sign in.

  2. Check your email inbox.
  3. Use the password setup or reset link.
  4. Come back here and sign in.
