Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of a Landscape Buddy account or workspace data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@landscapebuddy.net from the email address used for your Landscape Buddy account. Include your name, workspace or business name if known, and whether you want to delete only your user account or the full business workspace.

What may be deleted

User account

Your login account, role, and profile information may be deleted after we verify the request.

Workspace data

Owners may request deletion of workspace data such as clients, employees, sites, schedules, notes, and reports.

Records we may retain

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Request by email

Email support with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will review the request and may ask for confirmation before deleting information.
