Landscape Buddy helps landscaping businesses manage schedules, employees, clients, route information, service notes, and related business communication. This policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and how users can contact us about their information.

We may collect names, email addresses, login information, role information, and workspace membership details.
Business and scheduling data
Owners may enter client, employee, site, route, schedule, task, availability, note, photo, and report information.
App and device information
We may collect basic app activity, diagnostics, and device information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
Payment information
Paid plans may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers in the app.
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, create and manage user accounts, generate schedules and reports, send service-related communications, support owner, employee, and client portals, protect the service from misuse, and improve reliability.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, and payment providers. Information may also be shared when required by law or to protect the security and rights of users, customers, or the service.

Landscape Buddy uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep passwords private and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.
Data deletion and user choices

Children
Landscape Buddy is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. Children should not create accounts or use the service.
